Kommas with Kellé, and its entities, is a dynamic and evolving accounting advisory and consulting firm that provides all manners of accounting and business support services to a limited number of small business entities and their high-net worth owners.

Because we externally manage a suite of small businesses, you will have the opportunity to specialize in the finance and accounting management oversight of Kommas with Kellé’s success.

As the Client Success Finance Manager, you will play a leadership role in ensuring smooth financial operations while also driving client success.

What You Will Do

  • Enjoy working independently for significant portions of the day and week, while also collaborating in virtual client and internal team meetings.

  • Be ready to use your “thinker” and step outside the box! This role is a mix of financial leadership, client success, and bookkeeping oversight. You must be flexible and ready to jump in wherever needed to be successful in this role. We by no means are saying you must be a master at everything, but we are saying you must be passionate about showing up as your best self and ready to be the success story. We are a team. Initially, large portions of this role will be bookkeeping that require data entry and repetitive steps. However, there is also an opportunity in every step you take to evaluate whether it is optimal, elevate your role and grow the team. We are interested in constant

improvement, and you should be interested and feel comfortable in helping us continue to evolve.

  • Take ownership of accounting and bookkeeping processes while always looking for ways to improve and optimize them.

  • Lead, mentor, and grow your own team to support company expansion and streamline financial operations.

  • Partner with the Business Manager to ensure client success and seamless financial workflow execution.

  • Build strong relationships with clients—getting to know them beyond just the numbers and ensuring they feel supported.

  • Act as the liaison between clients, team members, strategic collaborators and outsourced contractors, making sure communication flows smoothly.

  • Handle client onboarding and financial reporting.

  • Support financial reporting, payroll administration, and government RFP submissions.

  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and scalability.

What You’ll Bring

  • You must live & work in the United States.

  • A continuous love of learning, curiosity, and growth mindset.

  • An interest and curiosity in guiding our clients beyond the numbers in their financial strategy.

  • An interest and sense of fulfillment from being helpful to others.

  • Discretion and good judgment about when and how to communicate.

  • Ability to function autonomously while effectively collaborating with leadership.

  • A general willingness for accountability and to take personal responsibility.

  • At least three years' experience in the accounting or bookkeeping field.

  • Proficiency in cloud-based software Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks Online, Zoom, and Google Drive.

  • Strong leadership and management skills with a passion for building and growing teams.

  • Experience supervising financial operations for multiple service-based businesses.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday through Friday between the hours of 8a to 4p EST - Flex hours offered.
